Statement by Ontario NDP Leader Andrea Horwath on the appointment of Elizabeth Dowdeswell, O.C., as Ontario's next Lieutenant Governor

'I want to extend my congratulations to Elizabeth Dowdeswell, O.C., on her appointment to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario. I know she will uphold the office with integrity. Ms. Dowdeswell has an impressive track record of public service across Canada and abroad.
