Statement by Ontario NDP Leader Andrea Horwath on the closure of Future Shop Canada

Ontario NDP Leader Andrea Horwath released the following statement.

'Ontario New Democrats stand with workers across our province and our country who are losing their jobs due to the closure of Future Shop Canada.

The loss of a dependable income from these jobs has thrown hundreds of families into turmoil today. New Democrats will fight to make sure that Future Shop employees and their families get all of the support they deserve from the government at this difficult time.'
