The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission acknowledges the importance of access to quality internet services at affordable prices for all Canadians.
But Ontario Works and Ontario Disability Support Program recipients live significantly below the poverty line, a gap that continues to grow, and are often not able to afford reliable internet access.
