Ontario’s sexual health curriculum empowers young people to make informed decisions about relationships and their bodies and keeps kids safe by teaching them about consent and risks online.

But Doug Ford is turning back the clock and ordering teachers to use the outdated sex ed curriculum from 1998 – one that excludes information about consent, sexual orientation, gender identity, sexting, cyber-bullying and safe and healthy relationships.

By keeping this information from young people, Ford’s plan is leaving them vulnerable to exploitation.
