Ontario NDP welcomes new Provincial Director Kevin Beaulieu

ETOBICOKE - Veteran campaigner and advocate Kevin Beaulieu will be the next Provincial Director of Ontario’s New Democratic Party, after a thorough hiring and recruitment process.

“I’m thrilled to welcome Kevin as our new Provincial Director at this pivotal moment for our party,” said Ontario NDP president Janelle Brady. “Kevin has the deep experience and management skills needed to guide our work as we get ready to defeat and replace Doug Ford’s Conservatives in 2026.”

Beaulieu has two decades of experience as a leader in progressive public, political and not-for-profit organizations. In addition to his work as an organizer and volunteer with the Ontario NDP, he served as Chief of Staff to two former Toronto city councillors and was the Executive Director of Pride Toronto in the lead up to World Pride 2014, one of the largest events ever held in the city. Since 2018, he has been Director of Municipal Affairs for a leading high-profile environmental organization.

“With a new leader, a strong and united caucus and fresh energy in our membership, we are embarking on a brand new chapter for our party and our movement,” said Beaulieu. “I’m looking forward to rolling up my sleeves and getting to work making Marit Stiles our next Premier.”

The Provincial Director oversees the Party’s day-to-day operations including fundraising, working with local riding associations, conducting campaigns on issues important to Ontarians.

Beaulieu will assume the role officially on July 24.
